Rana

Revolving marks the 4th album from Rana and a departure from her acoustic roots. A collection of pulsing and beating vibe of rock anthems and epic devotions of the heart, Revolving is both lifeblood and brand new. With rock determination and a honed songwriter style, Revolving marks the fourth album from Rana. It is a grand collaboration with some of Nashville's finest musicians. They brought blood and sweat and unapologetic flight to the acoustic beginnings of the tracks. From the first moments of playing together, the album took on a new life fearless in its pursuit.

Rana's voice soars on the wings of the massive sound of Peter King, Roger Alan Nichols, and Jeff Brown guided by the expert hands of Geoff Piller of Electric Thunder Studios. Jenny Huddlestun brings a rich backing vocal, a testament to childhood friends who blend their vocals effortlessly.

Revolving has a heart and energy that is relentless in making you feel, stand, love, and dream strong. It will make you move. It will leave you better.

With her album, Love Is All, Rana follows the trajectory of love from bliss to bitter end. With all the songs in the order they were written, she provides a rare glimpse into the way the heart falls and deceives over time. Undress your ears. Let them stand bare with the vocals of Rana. With percussive rhythms and reflective soul, Rana sings music heavy with familiarity but rare in its honesty.

On the album, New Like A Stranger, emotion and power run deep. With Scott Spelbring of Dragonfly East Studios lending his amazing talents to the project, the simple vocal guitar tracks echo in expansive intimacy.

Her debut album, Starfishing, Rana is ever focused on her life and our place in the day. No stories or politics, just heartache and release. Whether driving with the windows down or disappearing into each other as the candles burn slow, Rana offers up a song to carry us kindly through. We dream wild as she performs the journey we are all on.
